Very soothing I have been drinking this tea in the afternoons when caffeine free is a must and when I have had an upset stomach. Great taste without even a hint of bitterness. I add a bit of honey occasionally for sweetness. .

I have always loved chamomile tea but the addition of the lemongrass takes this over the top. Just great!
